Replacement Terms:

Replacements will only be issued after inspection.

An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return or replacement request.

Eligible for 1-Day Replacement (with unboxing video proof):

  • Wrong item received
  • Defective or damaged item received
  • Not Eligible for Replacement:
  • Items damaged, altered, or washed by the customer
  • Items not returned in their original packaging (box, inserts, tags, etc.)
  • Items not in their original, unused condition

Important:

To qualify for a replacement, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn/unused
  • With all original inserts and packaging

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided if:

  • A replacement cannot be fulfilled for eligible cases (wrong/damaged/defective items with valid proof).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • No refunds are issued for items returned without prior approval, without an unboxing video, or for reasons listed under "Not Eligible for Replacement."
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item sent).
